Recurring Subscription Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing purchase a magazine or newspaper subscription with Mags4Gifts.co.nz! These terms apply to products on our website that offer a recurring subscription service, powered by Recharge Subscriptions. Please read the following information carefully before subscribing.
1. Overview
Some of our products offer the option to purchase on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, or annually). These subscriptions are managed securely through Recharge and are separate from one-time purchases. Not all products on our website are available as subscriptions.
2. How It Works
When you purchase a subscription product:
- You will be billed automatically at the interval shown at checkout (e.g., every 6 months)
- The payment method you provide at checkout will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
- Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account:
- Update your billing or shipping details
- Cancel your subscription

4. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
Once a payment has been processed, your order is confirmed and cannot be refunded unless required by New Zealand consumer law.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Subscription products are shipped according to the schedule outlined at the time of purchase.
Please note that changing your address in the customer portal will only change it from the date of your next charge. If you need your address changed sooner than this please contact us.
6. Changes to Subscription Terms
We reserve the right to modify or cancel subscription products, pricing, or these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of any significant changes ahead of time.
