This website is operated by Mags4Gifts - powered by Stuff Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stuff Limited trading as Mags4Gifts. Mags4Gifts offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the Stuff Website Terms and Conditions and the Stuff Privacy Policy, along with the following Mags4gifts specific terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”)These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
SECTION 3 - PURCHASE OF MAGAZINES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where you purchase a Stuff magazine or subscription to a magazine, the Stuff Print Subscriptions Terms and Conditions apply.
Where you purchase a third party magazine or subscription then the third party subscription terms and conditions linked to in the advertisement on the Site will apply and take priority over these Terms of Service.
Delivery: Delivery will be to the address provided by you. Stuff is not responsible for delivery of third party subscription as these are managed by the third party and delivered in accordance with their specific terms and conditions. Recurring subscription products are shipped according to the schedule outlined at the time of purchase. Please note that changing your address in the customer portal will only change it from the date of your next charge. If you need your address changed sooner than this please contact us.
Geographic limitations: We may limit the sales of our products or Services to New Zealand or any other specific geographic location - this includes NZ address subscriptions where stated.
Recurring Subscriptions: Some of our products offer the option to purchase on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, or annually). These subscriptions are managed securely through Recharge Subscriptions and are separate from one-time purchases. Not all products on our website are available as recurring subscriptions.
When you purchase a recurring subscription product:
- You will be billed automatically at the interval shown at checkout (e.g., every 6 months)
- The payment method you provide at checkout will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
- Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account:
- Update your billing or shipping details
- Cancel your subscription

SECTION 6 - PAYMENT, BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address (and, through Shopify Payments, credit card numbers and expiration dates), so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Credit card payments will be processed through Shopify Payments and always encrpyted.
Prices for our products and subscriptions advertised on Mags4gifts are subject to change without notice, but will be clearly stated on this site at the point of purchase. We will notify active subscribers of changes ahead of time to allow for cancellation if you are not happy with any revised price.
SECTION 7 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Please note that our subscription offers are non-refundable. In some cases we will refund any monies owing to you (i.e. where required by NZ law, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) but this will be decided on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively you can transfer your remaining issues to a nominated party. Requests for cancellations will be actioned as soon as possible; however, any refund given can take up to three weeks to process. Third party subscription terms may have different refund policies so please check those as these will take priority.
Where your subscription is a recurring subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
Once a payment has been processed, your order is confirmed and cannot be refunded unless required by New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective until your transaction or subscription is complete, unless terminated earlier by us in accordance with the following paragraph.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time, but this will not affect existing subscriptions and orders which will be subject to the applicable subscription terms and conditions..
