1. The NZ Gardener Subscribe & Receive Solo NZ promotion (the “Promotion”) is run by Stuff Limited (“Stuff” or “Promoter”). Information on how to enter and the prize(s)/gift(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

2. ELIGIBILITY: The shipping address must be a New Zealand address to be eligible for this promotion.

3. DATES: The promotion commences on 4 August 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm 31 August 2025 (“Competition/Promotion Period”). The promotion may end earlier if all allocated stock has been sold.

4. PROMOTION ENTRY: For the duration of the Competition/Promotion Period, the first 300 customers who purchase a 1-year, or 2-year NZ Gardener subscription at the advertised price either over the phone or via mags4gifts.co.nz will receive a Solo 405HE 1L Hose End Sprayer from Solo NZ, worth $29.99 RRP for free. Returning subscribers can also enter by purchasing a new subscription at the advertised rates. Stuff reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject; bulk entries in which it considers software to have been used to generate multiple entries and/or any entry Stuff considers to be fraudulent in any other way.

5. GIFT: The gift is an Solo 405HE 1L Hose End Sprayer from Solo NZ, worth $29.99 RRP. Each prize/gift will be delivered to the subscriber’s shipping address provided when purchasing the subscription. There are only 300 gifts available so once the gifts have been allocated, there will be no more to allocate. 

6. PRIZE DELIVERY: Solo NZ will be responsible for dispatching the prizes/gifts to the subscribers.

7. NO CORRESPONDENCE: Stuff’s decision regarding who is eligible for the prize/gift is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

8. NOT REDEEMABLE: The gift/prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other products.

9. OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Subscription information becomes the property of Stuff Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about subscribers confidential and will not disclose it to third parties, other than for the purpose of delivery of the prize/gift. 

10. DATABASE: By purchasing/entering during the promotion dates, entrants permit Stuff to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly via email or phone about any Stuff newspaper and magazine offers. 

11. PRIVACY:  Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

12. NO LIABILITY: None of the participating mastheads, Stuff (or any other company or individual associated with the Promotion) shall be responsible for or liable in any way (including, without limitation in negligence) in respect of: (i) any additional costs to the subscribers associated with the gifts, including any tax implications that may arise as a result of the gift; or (ii) any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Stuff assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or any delayed entries. Subscriptions are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the database, not at the time of transmission by the subscriber.
