NZ House & Garden Subscribe & Receive a 250g box of Guylian chocolate (the “Promotion”) is run by Stuff Limited (“Stuff” or “Promoter”) under the Mags4Gifts brand. Information on how to receive the offer and the gift(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Guylian, Stuff and its related companies, and their immediate families, and employees, are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be New Zealand residents and 18 years or over.
DATES: The Promotion commences on Saturday the 4th of February 2023 and closes on Tuesday the 14th of February 2023 at 11:59pm (“Competition Period”.)
PROMOTION ENTRY: For the duration of the Promotion Period entrants can either call our 0800 number or purchase a subscription on Mags4gifts. The subscription must be a 6 month, 1-year, or 2-year subscription to NZ House & Garden, NZ Gardener, or TV Guide at the standard Mags4gifts price (without any discounts applied). The promotion code “VALENTINES” must be entered when purchasing a subscription to receive the gift. Direct Debit purchases are not included in this promotion. Stuff reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject; bulk entries in which it considers software to have been used to generate multiple entries and/or any entry Stuff considers to be fraudulent in any other way.
GIFT: The gift is a 250g of Guylian “The Original” Seashells. While stocks last. This will be delivered to the shipping address supplied after the promotional period by Stuff. Stuff is not responsible for any damage to the gift during shipping. The gift will be sent the week following the competition end date.
THE PROMOTER: is Stuff Limited Level 7/4 Williamson Avenue, Grey Lynn, Auckland.
NO CORRESPONDENCE: Stuff’s decision regarding who receives the gift is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
NOT REDEEMABLE: The gift is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other model and may differ from that pictured in promotional materials.
OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Subscriber’s information entries become the property of Stuff, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.
DATABASE: By subscribing during the promotional dates, subscribers permit Stuff to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly via email or phone about the promotion as well as contacting them about any Stuff newspaper and magazine offers. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.
NO LIABILITY: None of the participating mastheads, Stuff (or any other company or individual associated with the Promotion) shall be responsible for or liable in any way (including, without limitation in negligence) in respect of: (i) any additional costs to the subscribers associated with the gifts, including any tax implications that may arise as a result of the gift; or (ii) any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
