Terms and Conditions:

Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees and their immediate families of Stuff Limited and Kings Seeds, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. New Zealand residents/addresses only.

HOW TO ENTER: Purchase a 6 month, 1-year, or 2-year subscription to the TV Guide on www.mags4gifts.co.nz or via the 0800 number between 22 September and 31 October 2022 to go in the draw to win 1 of 20 annual Kings Seeds subscriptions worth $450.

DATES: The competition closes on 31 October . Subscriptions must be purchased by 11:59pm on 31 October. The prizes will be drawn after the promotion ends.

PRIZE: 1 of 20 Kings Seeds annual seed subscriptions worth $450.00. The winner can choose between a Vegetable seed subscription, Microgreen seed subscription, or a Sprouting seed subscription. The prize will be delivery by Kings Seeds monthly for the duration of the subscription.

PRIZE DELIVERY: The prize can be sent to New Zealand addresses only. Stuff is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted the subscription will still be set-up with Kings Seeds.

THE PROMOTER: is TV Guide, Level 7/4 Williamson Avenue, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.

INFORMATION: By entering the Competition, winners agree to have their names being published for the purpose of Marketing.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of Stuff Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. If the customer purchases a subscription where they are eligible to receive a free gift or go in the draw to win a prize, the data will be shared with the external product supplier for the delivery purposes only.

DATABASE: By subscribing during the promotional dates, subscribers permit Stuff to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly via email or phone about the Kings Seeds promotion. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

NO LIABILITY: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
