Employees and their immediate families of Stuff Limited and Arepa, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. To enter be one of the first 50 new 1-year or 2-year subscribers to NZ House & Garden from 18 July. Direct debit and debit/credit subscribers included. The competition closes on 21 August OR when 50 new entries are received, which ever comes first. The gift is one of 50 Ārepa brain food bundles worth $92. This includes six 300ml Ārepa Lite + Sparkling, three 300ml Ārepa Performance, and one bag of Ārepa Nootropic Powder. The prize will be delivered by Ārepa. Ārepa will deliver the gift to New Zealand addresses only. Stuff is not liable for damage to prizes sent by post or courier. The winners will be contacted using details provided. An e-mail will be sent to the nominated e-mail address on 22nd August or when 50 new subscribers are received, whichever comes first, notifying them that they have won. Prizes will be dispatched regardless if winners reply to the e-mail or not. The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. Competition entries become the property of Stuff Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. By subscribing during the promotional dates, subscribers permit Stuff to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly via email or phone about the Ārepa promotion. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Stuff takes no responsibility for gifts that are damaged or lost in transit. Stuff assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or any delayed entries. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the subscriber database, not at the time of transmission by the subscriber. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
