Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees and their immediate families of Stuff Limited, Mags4Gifts and products listed by other publishers on Mags4Gifts, associated sponsor(s) and their immediate families are not eligible to enter New Zealand residents/address only with a New Zealand bank account.

HOW TO ENTER: Each item purchased on Mags4Gifts will get you into the draw to win a share of $10,000 cash. If you purchase two items, you have two chances, and so on. All products on Mags4Gifts are eligible products to get you in the draw for this giveaway.

DATES: The competition closes on 11:59pm 8 Januray 2023. Orders must be received by Mags4Gifts before the competition closes. The prize draw will take place between 9 - 15 Januray.

PRIZE: 10x $1,000NZD in cash to be won. Verification of winners bank account details must be sent to Stuff prior to the transfer of the winnings. The verification document must show the name of the account and bank account number.

PRIZE DELIVERY: Prizes will be transferred to the winner’s New Zealand bank account only.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted using details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days Stuff reserves the right to redraw the prize.

THE PROMOTER: is Stuff Limited Level 7/4 Williamson Avenue, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

NO CORRESPONDENCE: The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for anything other than cash.

INFORMATION: By entering the Competition, winners agree to have their names being published for the purpose of Marketing.

OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of Stuff Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. If the customer purchases a subscription or enters a reader giveaway where they are eligible to receive a free gift or go in the draw to win a prize, the data will be shared with the external product supplier for the delivery purposes only.

DATABASE: By subscribing during the promotional dates, subscribers permit Stuff to enter their personal information into a database for the purpose of contacting them directly via email or phone about the $10,000 cash giveaway promotion aswell as contacting them about any Stuff newspaper and magazine offers. Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

NO LIABILITY: The Promoter and its associated agencies & companies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning.
