The NZ House & Garden Subscribe & Win a Emma Bass print (the “Competition”) is run by Stuff Limited (“Stuff” or “Promoter”). Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
ELIGIBILITY: Shipping address must be a New Zealand address to be eligible for this promotion. Employees and their immediate families of Stuff Limited are not eligible to enter.
DATES: The Competition commences on Monday 18 September 2023 and closes on 11:59pm Sunday, 22 October 2023 (“Competition Period”).
COMPETITION ENTRY: For the duration of the Competition Period, customers who purchase an NZ House & Garden subscription either over the phone or via mags4gifts.co.nz are automatically entered into the draw. Stuff reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject; bulk entries in which it considers software to have been used to generate multiple entries and/or any entry Stuff considers to be fraudulent in any other way.
PRIZE WINNERS: There will be one winner in total. The winner will be e-mailed after the competition period.
PRIZE DRAW: The winner will be randomly chosen after the competition period.
All draws will be made at the Stuff offices at 4 Williamson Avenue, Grey Lynn, Auckland.
PRIZE POOL: The prize pool consists of one Emma Bass print measured 600 x 600mm and signed, it will be unframed. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s shipping address provided when purchasing the subscription. The total value of the prize pool is $1700.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be notified via email using the email address provided when they purchase the subscription.
PRIZE DELIVERY: The prize will be sent by Emma Bass after the winner has been randomly selected.
NO CORRESPONDENCE: Stuff’s decision regarding the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
NOT REDEEMABLE: The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other model and may differ from that pictured in promotional materials.
OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES: Competition entries become the property of Stuff Limited, which will keep the personal information it holds about entrants confidential and will not disclose it to third parties. If the customer purchases a subscription or enters a reader giveaway where they are eligible to receive a free gift or go in the draw to win a prize, the data will be shared with the external product supplier for the delivery purposes only.

Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.
PRIVACY: Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information. Winners will have the following details made public when winners are announced: First name, initial of last name and town/city.
NO LIABILITY: None of the participating mastheads, Stuff (or any other company or individual associated with the Promotion) shall be responsible for or liable in any way (including, without limitation in negligence) in respect of: (i) any additional costs to the subscribers associated with the gifts, including any tax implications that may arise as a result of the gift; or (ii) any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
